Loved our stay in Ballard. Location was convenient for Seattle vacation. Despite not being able to park in the driveway, parking was not hard to find on the block.

Living space is wonderful. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms.We did not have a car so can’t comment on parking. Weather nice enough to use the roof top which has great views. Found the neighborhood quiet and felt very safe.Ballard is a short walk with a great farmers market (Sundays), numerous restaurants and a very nice brewery.

Clean and well-appointed. Parking was a bit iffy with all the driveways but we never had to go too far for a spot. There are wall unit A/Cs on the first and third floors, but none on the second floor, so during the heat wave this week those bedrooms got pretty warm but having the windows open in the evenings helped. The view from the roof is 10/10 gorgeous at sunset. Ballard has tons of places to eat and shop, we had never stayed in that area before. We had a great stay and would definitely consider this unit or another one in the area in the future.

The apartment was clean and had more kitchen supplies and appliances than any rental we’ve stayed in. The place was great but the parking was a real hassle. We often had to park blocks away. I’ve stayed at several places in Ballard wi street parking but never had his much trouble. The place and host were wonderful.

Great Townhouse in Ballard

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice townhouse in Ballard. It is very modern and spacious with 3 levels, including a really nice kitchen and living room area, a very nice main bedroom, and great views from the deck.

Great Ballard Location

We would stay here again. Enjoyed the great rooftop views even got to see the airshow Blue Angels. Well equipped kitchen with a gas oven which is rare in many rentals.

Relaxing Seattle

We absolutely loved our stay! This newly remodeled townhouse was perfect for our stay. It was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The owner was available for any questions if needed. We would certainly stay here again if we were back in Seattle.

Very nice place

The place was great and very much as advertised. It had the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO property we've ever rented. Rooftop was deck was a nice plus as we spent a few evenings up there. Street parking was always within 2 blocks so not an issue.

Very Pleasant Stay

The place was extremely clean, very well decorated. Bed was very comfortable and there were some very nice chocolates which I love. My grandson was thrilled to have a room for himself. Overall had a very enjoyable stay and will stay here again.

Clean, Upgraded Great Location!

We loved this property. Close to everything. Super clean, nicely decorated, master suite bed & bath were excellent. Roof top deck was a bonus w gorgeous view of Mt Ranier. Highly recommend!
