PLEASE READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU MAKE A RESERVATION. This unit is used for a stay only, NOT A VENUE. This house was bought in 2020 so FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES AND RESPECT THE PLACE. Please write a message of what brings you to the area.


It is a very beautiful and quiet place. No need to worry about the noisy traffic. It is 30 minutes away from Seattle and 15 minute walk to go to the Lake. If you are looking for a place that has nice outdoors with great nature, this place is for you


Neighborhood:
Lake Kathleen is the most quiet and beautiful place I’ve been too. It is great to keep your distance away from all the loud traffic. The whole property is surrounded by trees and bushes so you can have that feeling of privacy when you’re outside.

SPACE: The house is a duplex. You will be using one living unit which will provide your own private entrance, family room, kitchen, bedroom. and bathroom. All the essentials will be equipped. The only thing that is being shared between the 2 units is the laundry room.

****The Patio is currently being remodeled so it will be occupied.*****

ACCESS:
You will enter the side of the house where you will enter a code which you will receive on the day of your stay.

LAKE ACCESS:
When you enter Lake Kathleen Rd SE, on SE 134th St is where you will find a gate that says “no trespassing”. You are able to enter through there. That’s open for the neighborhood.

PARKING:
There is a carport which you may park under or in 3 other parking spots on the side.

KIDS:
Our house rules restrict kids from the unit from ages 2-12 but if this place is really what you are looking for to stay as a family then I would make an exception depending on your profile review


PLACE:
It’s not only the unit you are able to use and enjoy. You are also able to enjoy the outdoors because our land is huge.


DEERS:
Please respect all the deers that comes by our yard from time to time.

SECURITY CAMERAS: They are located outside around the house for safety reasons. We also have one between the 2 units across the laundry room because the DVR is located on top

PRICE:
Please do not negotiate about the price or ask to pay through cash just so you can avoid Vrbo fees. If you're not able to pay what's listed, then look somewhere else. Simple as that.


PETS: I’m sorry but cats most definitely not. I might make an exception to dogs depending on your profile review, dog size, and might ask for a higher security deposit fee. Please let me know if you are planning to bring one before arrival

LAUNDRY:
•Detergent pods are located from the container on top of the washer
Note: You may bring your own detergent if you plan to use the laundry frequently
•Leave the washer lid open after its done being used


CLEAN STAY:
Please do not trash the place. Pick up your garbage and throw them into their correct bins. You are our guest so treat our place with respect. If the bins inside your stay is full, the outside bins will be available and are located near the garage entrance which is across from your stay. The black bin is garbage, the blue bin is recycle.

DAMAGES:
If you damage something even if it's minor please let the host know. I do understand accidents do happen but don’t hide them. You may have to pay for the damage depending on how much the appliance or device is worth. If I find something that is damaged and you did not let me know before you check out then I will report you to VRBO.


MORE IMPORTANTLY:
•NO SMOKING in the unit
•NO PARTIES or other events in the unit
