"Shuttle to airport was excellent. The hotel Shuttles are not allowed anymore to drop off at departure or arrival levels. We needed wheelchair assistance and couldn't arrange it ourselves from the hotel shuttle drop off into the airport. The shuttle bus driver when I told him pulled his van over and made all the arrangements to drop us right in front of our airline. Outstanding customer service. Staff excellent, good breakfast, hotel is tired but the beds were very comfortable."

"Everything was fine with the exception of household staff. My roommate left her purse in the room when we checked out. We were sitting in the lobby until 7:30 that evening until out flight out. When they cleaned our room they found her purse & turned it in to the desk. No one called us to report it. We didn't discover the missing purse until she needed her passport at the airport. She was going frantic trying to find where her purse was. The next afternoon, she finally got a call back from the office. Why couldn't someone call me to notify me they had the purse? We spent hours in the lobby then frantically called from the east coast looking for the purse (hotel, taxi, bar). Why didn't they just call me? They had my number."

"The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are a little small but clean. The area is a a bit sketchy but we did not have any problems. It’s close to the Lite Rail and the piers. Lots of food options within walking distance and not far from Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Overall a good deal for the price.."

"Hotel was lovely, we didn’t do our research and see it was at the top of a hill. It was fine but we walked the hill from downtown with 150lbs of luggage which I wouldn’t recommend!"
