The vaulted top-floor bedrooms include a master with a walk-in closet. Enjoy the huge fenced backyard. Conveniently located with easy access to highways 99 and I-5.
The Space:
This is a three floor townhome located in Green Lake neighbourhood.
Lower floor:
1. Bedroom w/ full size bed, blackout curtain
2. Sliding door to a spacious back yard w/outdoor funishings to relax
3. Garage for a compact car
2nd level:
1. Living room w/smart TV
2. Newly Remodelled Full bathroom
3. Newly Remodelled kitchen
4. Dining room
5. Indoor gas fireplace to cozy you up
Upper Floor:
1. Master bedroom w/ king bed and walk in closet
2. Bedroom w/queen bed
3. Laundry room
4. Remodelled 2nd bathroom
Guest Access:
We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.

Nearby, you'll find a variety of dining options ranging from trendy cafes to upscale restaurants, offering something to suit every palate. Boutique shops, local markets, and grocery stores are also within easy reach, making it convenient to run errands and find essentials.
For those commuting or exploring the city, the neighborhood boasts excellent transportation links, with quick access to highways 99 and I-5. This makes it easy to reach downtown Seattle and other popular destinations throughout the city and beyond.

Other Things to Note:
- Please make sure to indicate the accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Base price is set for 4 people, additional guests will be charged for extra. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay.
- NO SMOKING in the house, including the garage. NO PARTY. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm.
- As Seattle area can be rainy and muddy, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip.
- Our garbage service will be on every Tuesday early morning. If you are staying on Monday night, kindly please help us to take the bins out on the street. If you will check in after the garbage service date, kindly please help us roll the bins back.
- Maximum 2 well trained pets will be allowed during your stay. Pre-approval will be needed. Please correctly indicated the pet number in your reservation, and extra per stay cost will be applied automatically. All pets are not allowed to stay or to be on the bed and sofas .
- If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs.
