This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rambler, with total about 1200 square footage.

- Master bedroom (King bed) w/blackout curtains

- Office w/designated desk and chairs. Sofa bed and air mattress can be used for extra people stay



Guest Access:

We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.



Interaction with Guests:

Prior to your arrival, our team will send you everything you need to access the property to easily maximize your time during your visit. We are also one message away and always available for any questions and assistance that you may need.

NOT AS ADVERTISED- this was advertised as a3 bis not a 3 bedroom with three beds and a pull out to sleep on. There are two actual bedrooms with beds. The third has a sort of chaise lounge thing that can fold out flat but is smaller than a twin. There are air mattresses, but there’s not room to set them up.

Clean and tidy!

The house has been nicely updated and has a huge fenced yard. It was super clean when we checked in. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The small kitchen is very well stocked. It's nice to have a place that welcomes dogs.

The property is well organized and spot on with the pictures featured. Check in / out process was super easy and my dog loved the fenced back and front yards. Perfect stay for our needs

This property was perfect for our needs during a family emergency. The house was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was far enough out of Seattle proper that there was plenty of street parking, which we needed for two large cars and a trailer. Our dog had plenty of room to roam securely in the fenced yard. We were able to whip up prepared meals from nearby grocery stores. Most critically, the owner had excellent communication as we needed to extend our stay twice beyond the original booking. We're grateful for this accommodation being easy and exactly what we needed during a challenging time.

Peaceful and beautiful stay!

Our hosts were so responsive and kind! Their home was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly centered to our activities. It was the most relaxing stay we have ever had. The office space allowed me to keep up with my responsibilities and the kitchen and dining area helped with a family dinner with our son! Felt so much like a home! Back and front yard were private. The neighbors were friendly and kind. Cannot say enough positive about our hosts and the home!

House worked great for us!

This small, older home has been updated/remodeled. The bathrooms are new and very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with new appliances. The back and front yards are fully fenced allowing our dogs to spend time outside safely. We would stay here again.
