Cozy Belltown Condo with amazing Elliott Bay Views

Located in the center of downtown, Belltown area offers it all: sightseeing, dining, nightlife, art, convenient location to most attractions, walking score of 98. This is an amazing unit with Elliott Bay views from every window, two large bedrooms (master has en-suite bathroom), high quality linens/bedding, comfortable memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lightning fast 1G wifi, designated parking for one vehicle of up to medium size SUV in a secured garage, gym/swimming pool/spa/community room and so much more! Please note that this unit is located on 1st Avenue in Belltown. While double pane windows insulate most of street noise, occasional service vehicle or music may be heard, especially on weekends. We welcome guests to check in anywhere from 3pm to 10pm, but please note that late night check ins after 10pm will incur a $30 charge. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at Belltown Condos. The building was perfectly located between the Space Needle and Pike Place so everything was easily accessible by walking. Belltown condos is a very well kept and clean building with great views of the harbor. It was well stocked and met all our needs. It also has a parking garage which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at the Belltown Condo! Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived .The check in was smooth. Our greeter met us promptly, giving us all the information we needed for our stay. The condo was perfect for two couples:clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Pike Place market, Space Needle, and the Chihuly Museum. Best of all was the beautiful view of Elliot Bay. Highly recommend!

Property was great with everything we needed for two couples.. the kitchen had spices, olive oil and well supplied dishes and pots/pans! Very clean and excellent view. The only negative was our checkin process. The normal “greeter” was not available (although we arrived within 30 minutes of our 3:00pm checkin time. He had a business partner meet us who was another 30 minutes later than us. We sat in an alley waiting for the mystery greeter to arrive.

Amazing space and view

We stayed here for four nights and loved every minute. Spectacular view of the bay and surrounding streets. Many restaurants and bars within 10 min walk. 15-20 min to Pike, a bit longer to the Space Needle. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is wonderfully located within an easy walk of everything we had on our to-do list. There are a lot of restaurants within a 1- or 3-minute walk from the front door. We liked the layout of the condo, with a table with chairs in front of the sliding glass doors overlooking the harbor. Great place to begin and end the day. We would stay here again.

A Pleasant Stay

Clean, well-appointed, and lovely views. There was a lot of street noise one night related to a very late concert held kitty corner from the condo, but otherwise we slept well. Walking distance to everything we needed.
