This could be a really cute place but it lacks any comfortable seating. The couch in the living room was tiny and low and uncomfortable. There was no kitchen table for games or eating. The sheets had oil stains on them. They would even benefit from small outdoor chairs for evening relaxing. The neighborhood not walkable for coffee or restaurants, but parking was plentiful. The house is a great start. A few more comfortable seats and clean fresh sheets - this would be a comfortable stay.
