The third floor offers a versatile flex space illuminated by skylights that fill the rooms with natural light.

FIRST FLOOR
ENTRANCE:
The entry welcomes you with a modern, cozy living room, featuring exposed ceiling beams that add architectural character. Comfortable armchairs and a stylish sofa make it the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.

LIVING ROOM:
This open-concept space includes armchairs and a modern-design sofa, seamlessly connected to the kitchen and dining area. Large windows offer beautiful views of the garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

DEN / OFFICE:
Located on the main floor, this versatile room provides a quiet, functional space ideal for working from home, studying, or simply relaxing.

DINING ROOM:
The inviting dining room features a table for six — perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. Integrated with the kitchen, the space flows naturally, and the cushioned armchairs offer both elegance and comfort.

3-Additional Cleaning Fee: The property typically requires no more than 3 hours of housekeeping after each stay.
4-If cleaning exceeds this timeframe, an extra fee of $100 per additional hour will be charged.
