The dining area comfortably seats four, and a half bath (no shower) is conveniently located on this floor. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed—perfect for extra guests—and provides access to the backyard via a small staircase.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a desk, chair, and individual AC units for personalized comfort. A clean, shared bathroom with a shower is located between the two bedrooms.

The townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 7 blocks west of the UW campus and a 10–15 minute walk to the University District Light Rail Station. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are even closer, and the Burke-Gilman Trail is just 2 blocks away—perfect for walking, running, or biking.
Getting Around:
Many buses nearby, you can check King County Metro, or the app onebusaway for specific routes.
Light Rail (to SeaTac airport and other locations) is a short walk.

This townhouse is in a great location close to the University of Washington. Downtown Seattle and other destinations- Green Lake, Gas Works Park- are easy to get to.
We will send front door code and let you know when the place is ready on the day of your arrival.
There is parking for one car included, be aware that larger vehicles may not fit. Free street parking and a paid lot are within three blocks.
Heat is controlled by thermostats in the stairways and front bedroom- the back bedroom has a space heater. There is a portable AC unit in the upstairs bedroom.
Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the home.
No smoking in or on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be respectful of neighbors an keep noise to a minimum at all times.

If your stay exceeds two weeks, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself. For monthly stays, we charge for actual utility usage and request a deposit of $150-350.
