「The castle is grand and certainly a very unique property. Our family was able to comfortably gather for birthday and anniversary celebrations. The kitchen was well appointed. We appreciated the extras - paper towels, food wraps, seasonings, etc. There were no instructions about where to put full trash bags or recycling. The grounds were somewhat disappointing. There are no walking paths and all of the flower beds and landscaping are unkempt and over grown. The fountain wasn’t working.」

"便利な場所にあり、サービスにも大きな不満はなく、快適な滞在だった。室内はリニューアルされておりきれいで、ベッドの寝心地も良かった。シャワーの水圧が弱めなのとタオル交換が２日に一度なのが残念な点。また、コネクティングルームのせいか、他の宿泊客の話し声がよく聞こえたり、夜は外の緊急車両の音も気になった。日本のホテルと異なり、部屋にコーヒーポットや湯沸かしはないが、スポーツジムにあるウォーターサーバーでお湯をもらってくることができる。（ただし、部屋にはコーヒーカップはない。）"
