Hi Christine, I am sorry for the frustration you are feeling. We thought all was resolved together after our discussion of refunding you 20% for the toilet not working as it should have. I noticed that you didn't let our front desk know about the toilet issue so that we could send maintenance up to resolve it. That being said, we were still happy to issue you the 20% off. I'm sorry that our cleanliness standards did not meet your expectations. We take extreme pride in the cleanliness of our hotel and passed inspections with flying colors. Our pool and hot tub are the cleanest our inspector has ever seen. We are a brand new hotel going on our 4th year open, so I'm regretful to hear that you mistook our beautiful hotel for a poorly remodeled one. If you would like to provide us with more information on how we could improve or be more specific on why you were dissatisfied, that would be helpful for our management team. I can understand your frustration as our manager was not willing to give you a full refund for this issue. The point of having an adult discussion is to come to a resolution where both parties are happy and we were under the impression you were happy with the discount. I'm sorry you felt the need to go online and bash our staff and our property. We wish you the best in finding other accommodations when you find yourself in Seaside.

I apologize about the noise control, we were a full house during your stay- I am happy to hear my staff offered a white noise machine to you, those always help. My staff do hourly walks to ensure we are maintaining a decent noise level within the property, I regret they were unable to keep the noise at an acceptable level for you. I'm sorry you felt the 4th floor hallway was too hot, thank you for letting me know about this concern. Hi Bridgette, I want to thank you for leaving a detailed review of your recent stay. We appreciate all feedback as we utilize it for training opportunities for our staff. Upon check in, we do have guests initial their Registration Card acknowledging that if they want to receive housekeeping service, to please let us know by noon that day. I regret to hear our normal level of cleaning service was not provided to you during your stay. I will be sure to have a conversation with my cleaning staff about this. Again, my deepest apologies that your room wasn't cleaned the way you expected it to be. We greatly apologize the hot tub was out of service until your last night, we truly worked as hard as possible to get it up and running. Unfortunately, we had to wait on a part to arrive. However, once the part arrived, we were able to have the hot tub up and running within an hour. I do remember having the discussion with you on allowing our guests to utilize our sister properties hot tub while ours was down. You seemed pretty happy to hear that. I'm sorry you didn't get a chance to get over to the River Inn at Seaside and enjoy it! We appreciate the feedback and look forward to hosting you next time you find yourself in Seaside. Thank you for the opportunity to fix any issues before you left the hotel, we truly appreciate when guests come to us in an effort to resolve an issue.
