Perfect little spot

This house was a perfect spot for us to land. It’s old as others have mentioned, but it’s comfortable and spacious. The yard is fenced, perfect for bringing our little dogs along. Location is an easy walk to the beach and down town.we were also given an early checkin which was so kind!

Short trip to Seaside

Friends wanted a trip to the Pacific, so a quick trip down. This cute retro cottage was perfect. Kid-friendly, easily walk to the beach and comfortable. Highly recommended for a small group.

Great Location

This older beach house is located perfectly for accessing the beach and promenade. It is on a quiet street. The house is older so don’t expect an upscale experience. The local property manager and the maintenance man are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect stay for us

What a perfect stay for us. The price point was great for us and for how close you are to the beach, you can't go wrong. The home and furnishings are a little dated, but I like to call that "character." It kept us cozy throughout the many nights we rested there and had all the amenities we could have thought of. Wonderful gem!

This property has a nostalgic decor that is so cozy! Very dog friendly, and kid friendly. I will be coming back with some grandkids in the near future! The owners has thought of everything you need for a relaxing visit. Very well done. And the location is perfect proximity to the beach and shops. Had the best time!

Cozy

The home is cozy but dated. Lots of little things that needed some attention. It grew on us though and we enjoyed our stay. It was great for our dogs since they had a fenced yard and it was so close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Kid friendly and fuss free.

The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end. That being said, the place was not as clean as I would have wished and there was a large amount of pet hair on the sofa and floor that I would hope would have been cleaned between guests. So, all in all a great stay but needs improvement on the cleanliness.

Fabulous Place!

I stayed at this adorable home for one night with my 3 daughters and a son in law. We loved the location: so close to the sea and all the touristy things in town, but we also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, since we were cooking a rather elaborate birthday meal. The home is bigger than the pictures portray, and exactly what we wanted! Thank you!

Little getaway close to beach and shops

Honestly everything we needed in the house. Yard is dog freindly. Beach is very close. Property owners were more than accommodating for check in and check out. Kids were happy with all the stuff at the house. More than enough to do.

Retro!

Retro cute little house with very comfortable recliners! So much fun playing Ms. Pac-Man! Thank you for allowing a 2 day stay! We had a great time! Will definitely look for this place again and the owners other places!

Great little beach cottage

Nice, neat and located just right. One block from the Prom and beach access, not that far from Broadway off Necanicum. Well-kept and agreeable for all amenities. Attractive and unique retro "Kitch" decor. Had a genuine arcade-style Ms. PacMan I haven't played in decades that was a lot of fun. Very nice, secure fenced yard for our two dogs, which was an essential feature. Easy to check in-out and fast contacts for info and assistance with whatever. Highly recommended!

Perfect

This was a great little place for my husband and our pups! Had everything we needed for visiting family for the holidays. They even had dog toys, even though are guys were not interested, it was a nice gesture. Bed was super comfy, couch was comfy, fenced yard was a plus for our furbabies. Location was amazing, easy walk to the beach! Check in was easy and the auto lock doors made us feel safe i. A unknown town. We would come back to this house for sure.

Relaxing getaway

This vacation was very much needed and it was just what we had hoped for. Real cute comfortable beach house. The beach is a walk away uphill. If you're not able to walk up hills, there is a parking lot for the beach. The weather couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely rent this house again. Also, our dog loved the fenced yard. He wasn't stuck inside or on a leash.

Vintage Cottage, Great Location & Amenities!

We just spent the best week in Seaside! The location is walking distance to the beach where we had a great time building bonfires and roasting hot dogs and s'mores and making memories with our kids. There were lots of towels and beach chairs which we greatly appreciated. The space may sound small, but our family of 6 loved the time spent together and the layout was very family friendly. The sun porch is a fabulous spot to play games and enjoy breakfast in the mornings. We drove 12 hours to get to Seaside and loved the ease of checking in by door code and not having to worry about meeting the host to get the keys, etc. Thank you!
