Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows:

Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 3pm(3/15-10/31)
Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 10am(3/15-10/31)
Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

House Oceanic at Seaside Beach. This brand-new single-family home is just a short few blocks from the beach. Whether your vacation plans include playing in the surf, crabbing, walking the Promenade, or exploring downtown Seaside, you can feel at home here. Enjoy the well-appointed open floor plan, to gather with your friends and family. Grill up some burgers on the BBQ in the privacy of the backyard (May-Sept.) while playing Cornhole! Don't forget to bring your pet! This home welcomes pets as well so the whole family can come to enjoy!

Seaside adventure

Staying at Oceanside house in Seaside was epic! A clean, modern, fantastic location, made our jump-off point into oceanside adventures a snap! All the convenience of home, made our stsy cozy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this location and will be booking another stay soon at this property.

Beautiful home. The strip was a 5 min walk from the house. Quiet neighborhood. The house is fairly new and clean. Great location by the beach.

Great experience; super house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at House Oceanic. The property is quite new which is always a good start. It was clean and well supplied and just blocks from both the ocean and “downtown” Seaside. The only reason for the slightly less than perfect rating is the parking. We had 2 trucks, neither of which fit in the garage and it was not possible to park both in the small driveway. We understand the need to avoid parking on the street so had to park one truck at the Seaside Welcome Center, several blocks away….not a big deal, just a mild inconvenience. That said, we would still return to House Oceanic!

seaside getaway

Our stay was great! The house is very clean and furnished with nice looking furniture and appliances. The kitchen was so well stocked. Check in was easy. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. BBQ grill didn’t work well bc I think someone in the past may have let rain get inside and the burners were not strong. Probably needs replacing. Other than that, excellent rental.

Seaside Vacation

Home was beautiful & very close to beach & downtown. Able to walk most places. Could use some more kitchen appliances like a hand mixer & more big mixing bowls. Would have been nice to have outdoor patio set to seat 6 so we could eat outside. But beds were very comfy, really nice linens & master suite was very nice. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect rental for all ages

This home was not only clean and orderly, but comfortable for my husband and I as well as our 2 young children (ages 4 & 6). It had some surprising gems like sand toys and chairs that we made use of on the beach and bean bag toss for us to play with in the back yard. The management was responsive and communication was clear. We will be looking to book this home again for future stays in the area.
