The check-in process was easy, no problem. The house is not fancy by any means, but basic and did the job. A few things that are listed already in other reviews, like broken kitchen window lock, broken sliding door blinds still broken and lacks privacy, the house is next to a road, so after months of still being broken, as a home owner, I would not be ok with the company still not addressing these issues. The hot tub worked great and I would suggest designating hot tub towels, because the small tiny bath towels barely cover half my body and I’m small. The utensils in the kitchen aren’t enough if you have 10 people. They need more and the cooking utensils need to be addressed, not good quality and hard to good and serve with. The ice maker like the reviews below is still broken and the water doesn’t work either on the fridge. It’s really weird and should be addressed but again, it seems like the same issues that have been posted about for months and months are still not fixed. So if you read reviews and see things listed at this property, it’s likely still not fixed. The beds were clean and the housekeepers did a good job. The tub in the main bathroom does NOT drain and when you are showering it’s gross because you’re standing in your dirty water the whole shower. That needs to be addressed asap. Nothing is worse than trying to get clean and literally standing in gross shower water…. The house is right next to a park and that was a hit for my kids. The location is A
