    This lovely, modern split level townhouse has all the comforts of home and more. Downstairs you will find an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining room, with sliders to the patio and fenced back yard with outdoor furniture and Weber BBQ. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, Satellite TV with DVD/VCR player. Kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher. Dining area seats 6 comfortably. There is a half bath downstairs off the hall. Upstairs includes a queen in the master bedroom, plus a twin bed and TV with cable and DVD. Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 2 bunk sets for a total of 4 twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom off the hall with tub/shower combo. (Laundry room is upstairs behind bi-fold doors) Right across the street is the Necanicum River with only 5 short blocks to the Convention Center and town. The beach and Promenade are within easy walking distance. Parking for 3 cars, no smoking or pets allowed.

We had a great time staying here. The property was perfect for our group and the location was excellent. We enjoyed exploring the coast and beaches from there. The host was very communicative beforehand and we had all the information we needed. I would recommend this property for families who want to stay near the beach and enjoy the coast!

Great location near the beach and popular shops and restaurants in Seaside. The host was very gracious and the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, etc.

This is a very comfortable home. Kitchen was well stocked. Backyard was maintained very well. Quiet neighborhood. All the comforts of home were at our fingertips. Downside is the parking. It was a very tight squeeze parking two large trucks in the driveway.

The home is always clean and has everything we need for our stay. Easy check in and very easy to throw towels in the washer and start the dishwasher before leaving. We always appreciate all the beach toys in the garage and the variety of board games available. Our only disappointment this time is we left an over the door basketball hoop last year for other kids to enjoy and it was gone this year

Our second time staying here! It's such a great location, close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. The teens loved the bunkbed room, of course. :)

Lovely home minutes from the beach

Loved our stay in seaside. This was our second time coming here and we stayed at this home for the first time this round. We were super happy with it. Our family of 6 stayed here. Plenty of space , very clean, multiple bed options for everyone and minutes from one of our favourite beaches. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 (3 older kids) plus a set of grandparents. It was well-stocked and I truly appreciated the high level of cleanliness. Appliances seemed pretty new too!

Nice stay in seaside

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean. It was easy to contact the owners when needed. The house had a numeric lock which was super nice (rather than having to meet someone and get a key).

House as advertised

The house was spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. The location was great too. My only complaints are the wood floors need a good cleaning and they could use some new pillows and towels. My husband and I stayed there with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids and we had plenty of room. I would stay there again if I was visiting the area.

Great!

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to all the beach, shops and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars, however, the pilot light on the water heater was out and we took cold showers the first night. That being said, the management company, when contacted was very prompt in coming out and correcting the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

10 minute walk to beach and local restaurants and shops.

Overall, very happy with the house. The location is quiet and a short wslk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house has a nice backyard. Kitchen is fine wth the basic requirements. There is ample parking full size washer and dryer upstairs. Gas fireplace in living room. Only two minor things I would recommend to make our experience better; more comfortable pillows and tissue boxes in the bathroom.

The property itself was quite nice. We had a party of eight and there were only nine dinner plates total zero lunch plates or salad bowls. No pizza cutter which every beach has needs. It really only accommodates two cars unless you park in the garage which is small there were no beach chairs, which was a huge disappointment, otherwise everything was great.

Had everything we needed. I did notice that a drawer in the fridge was broken, but all worked perfectly. Loved the ambience, closeness to the beach and convention center, view of the river from the front of the house.

The last location was excellent very close to the beach and to the promenade. The house was extremely clean and for a rental the kitchen was very well equipped other than it lacked a pizza cutter. We had a wonderful stay, I am sure the amazing weather helped. The kids are already talking about next time.
