Our airy and spacious townhome features over 2000 sq ft of living space with completely brand new furniture and decor. It allows plenty of room for a large family and has everything you need.
We are new owners of this condo and every item is brand new from furniture to decor.
There are 5 levels.
Level 1: Master bedroom with King bed, full master bathroom, his and her closets and balcony with table and chairs. Flat screen smart tv.
Level 2: Game room equipped with foosball table, air hockey, board games etc. Sofa with full size pullout bed, and flat screen smart tv.
Level 3: Kitchen, dining area with flat screen smart tv, sitting area, half bath and balcony with table and chairs.
Level 4: Living room with large comfy sectional couch (with full size pullout couch), flat screen smart tv.
Level 5: Two bedrooms and full bathroom. First bedroom has queen size bed, second bedroom has a bunkbed (twin over full). Flat screen smart tvs in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. Washer, dryer, ironing board in hallway closet.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, comforters, bath towels, wash cloths and pillows.
NOT SUPPLIED: Beach towel, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
During the in-season (July-September) we offer a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday.
We supply Wi-Fi and smart TVs. Please have your streaming service log-ins. Remember to log out when you leave.
During the off-season, we offer a 4 night minimum stay.
