Wonderful stay

Can’t say enough about our stay. Great house, perfect location. The views from rooftop and the hot tub were a hit for everyone. Communication with owner was great. We enjoyed our stay and would def stay again !

Great option for the shore

A group of us stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a great house and the location was awesome. It’s right off the beach and a short walk to some different food options. The rooftop setup is great as well.

Ortley beach house

Everything was great! House is beautiful and spacious. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Would love to stay again as the weather gets nicer

This was our second time staying here at this beautiful home. We love the house — the beds are amazing, the house is fun and well maintained, and the location is perfect. Communication with Nancy is easy, friendly, amd professional. We had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend away with friends! Thank you, Nancy!

Great home next to the beach

The house was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail was placed into this house such as beautiful ceilings, oval windows, comfortable beds, individual climate control in each room. The jacuzzi with the roof patio was a great perk.

Loving Ortley and the Jersey Shore

Wonderful home and wonderful host. Excellent location literally across the street to the beach. Quiet, lovely neighborhood. Enjoyed sunrise on the beach and sunset on the amazing rooftop guest. Nancy is the most responsive host I have ever experienced when renting with VRBO. Loved it!

Gorgeous propert, wonderful host!

We had a fabulous weekend getaway with friends, thanks to Nancy and her beautiful home. The location to the beach is perfect, the rooftop patio and hot tub were dreamy. Nancy answered any and all questions from the time of booking, until we checked out. The bedrooms were comfortable, beautiful, clean and the temp in every room was great. The huge living room couch and dining table, along with the kitchen island, made it a perfect hang out spot. Would definitely rent again!

The host advertised a hot tub and it was not operational. We were not told this in advance and when we raised the issue, she told us we should not have expected it to work in the winter. The hot tub is literally the picture she features and it is rated as the top amenity.

Nice house, terrible management

This was a nice house in a beautful location. Unfortunately, it was a bit dirty with 10 bags of garbage from the previous renter piled up for more than half our stay. Additionally, the kitchen sink was leaking, causing the ceiling in the master bath to fall. Despite numerous communications with the propery manager, nothing was done about this until 4 days into our week long stay. We couldn't use the kitchen sink or dishwasher for the majority of the trip. Nancy refuses to give me a partial refund and refuses to respond to my messages. Additionally, the code enforcement officer from th town stopped by to inform us that the home is not registered to be a rental. Buyer beware!

Property works well being at 1 house away from the entrance to the boardwalk. A lot of extras available from the owner
