「My second stay here and the experience both times has been very similar. It is a stunning building in beautiful grounds. Some of the staff are really nice but some really couldn't care less. On this trip the gentleman on breakfast just barked "room number" when I approached. He didn't offer me any tea or coffee either - although I heard him offer someone else some. 「Not a bad place to stay for a night, but a few little annoyances made for a less than ideal visit. The AC in the health club wasn’t working, which made exercising very difficult on a warm spring day. The conditioner pump in the shower didn’t work. The sofa bed, which was advertised to accommodate two, was very, very small. Our upstairs neighbours woke us up at 4am, and loud doors slamming could be heard throughout the night. 「It was a hot summer when I stay the hotel. My room does not have any air conditionings. The nights were so hot to sleep well. Hotel wifi were very unstable and the credit card system were down at the restaurant.」

「A very comfortable stay in a clean, spacious, beautifully furnished room. Super comfy bed, great bathroom facilities and A/C option. Full English cooked breakfast, coffee, tea and juices. Staff are so pleasant, helpful and polite. Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings, plenty of parking too. 」
