"The clerk took forever. Like he didnt know what he was doing. I have a handicap person who cant walk far. So he puts us on the 3rd floor and at the very end. It was really hard on me bringing our stuff up the floors on top of making numerous trips. Exausted "

"I don't recommend if you don't smoke. I really wanted to have this lake view so I took the risk and although the employees were so kind the facility is too smokey like they need a better filter. My mucus was black from second hand alone. It looks cool but not practical for my family. Also there was a difficultly finding change to use the laundry machines that ultimately damaged my clothing. It was ok. "

"check in staff almost forgot to give us our room key and charged us incorrectly. Rooms are great, spacious and convenient. Wish there was more food options on the property. Lots of parking. "

"The staff was super friendly but the property is attached to a very very very old casino that reeks of smoke. There is no real place to park and unload your bags. It really is designed for a quick overnight, which is what I wanted. There are several places to eat in the casino. I choice the cafe. Probably one of the best prime rib French dip sandwiches I’ve ever had at a very reasonable price. Over all a good quick overnight stop. "
