Enjoy a relaxing break by the sea in this quaint studio annexe for two, which lies within walking distance of Seahouses with its range of shops and pubs.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge
Bedroom: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Drying facilities available.. Courtyard with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This cosy annexe, with its own patio area, is furnished to a good standard and is ideal for couples that want a quiet relaxing holiday base from which to explore the Heritage Coastline. Seahouses is a short walk away with its harbour and boat trips to the Farne Islands (in season). The coast between Amble and Berwick is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Alnwick with its dramatic castle and spectacular gardens is 10 miles inland. Shops 200 yards, pubs 100 yards.

Ideal location but the place but scoring low because beds and seating are well worn and need replacing. We have been used to having a welcome pack I.e. milk to make a hot drink. Cleanliness could have been better, dead flies, wasps around carpet edges,cobwebs overlooked.

I am disabled and I found the place convenient and comfortable the owner were friendly and helpful. I do think that a wheelchair user might find access difficulte as the 2 garden gates are only standard width...My wife and I both enjoyed our time there.
