「Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.」

「I had a fantastic stay at this cosy 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, well-furnished, and felt like a real home away from home. The living space was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again, highly recommended!」

「We were all really impressed with this property for the price it was really excellent value. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. The property is amazingly well supplied with everything you could need. It is close to the city centre, but also within easy reach of the beaches like Roker. It may not be the most picturesque part of Sunderland but the neighbours were also very pleasant and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again.」

「The accommodation is a small studio flat which was well furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately, when the windows opened the road noise is too great to leave open and the room very warm so for me, not comfortable due to being too hot and poor quality sleep. There is a fan but only blowing around warm air so not great. Breakfast was okay but some food not that fresh, some of the rolls were from the previous day and a bit hard and some food put out for the 6am opening and still there an hour or...
