「Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.」

「The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.」

「The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. 「The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement. Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust. Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches. 「This house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a large fenced in yard. We were in the area for a wedding, and having a home base close to the wedding venue was important to us. Our dog settled in quite nicely. It is a nice neighborhood to walk your dog. The house could use updating, as it appears to be an 80s house, but we were happy with the quietness. I had initially given the house a 5 star review when we first arrived, as it appeared to be clean, just old. The floors really need to be mopped....
