527 Tarpon Pond comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests throughout 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed with high quality linens and an ensuite private bathroom with a glass shower. The first guest bedroom offers a Queen Bed, plenty of storage space, and shares a full hall bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The second guest bedroom features two sets of Twin bunk beds, great for little ones!
On the upper level, you’ll find a fun loft with a Queen size bed, a banister overlooking the family room, and a full bathroom.
A full laundry area with a washer and dryer set is available for your convenience, so you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores! An LSV plug is also available for your convenience, located outside.

Tarpon Pond Cottages are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity cards are required to access the Lake House however additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: 0.7 - 1 mile walk or bike ride to Boardwalk 9.
