Newly constructed and impeccably designed, this exquisite home is conveniently located within The Village at Seabrook. This ideal location means that, as a guest of Whispering Palms, you'll have quick & easy access (for an additional fee) to nearby Seabrook Island amenities - including the Lake House community center, the Equestrian Center and the Racquet Club - as well as quick, easy & FREE access to The Village at Seabrook amenities, including two community pools, two pool houses and a picnic area & walking trail that overlooks Palmetto Lake. Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village (where you'll find a grocery store, shops & restaurants) are a short drive away. Whispering Pines features two master suites (one on the lower level and one on the upper level), a bunk room with two custom built bunkbeds (for a total of 4 twin beds), a screened porch with lovely breezes and an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining area and kitchen. You'll swoon over the design details and high end finishes throughout this beautiful, custom built home including gorgeous tile work, designer wallpaper and top of the line appliances.
Seabrook Island is a gated community on a Lowcountry barrier island that is 45 minutes from downtown Charleston. By ordering an amenity card (deposit and additional fees apply), you'll be able to access Seabrook Island's incredible offering of amenities. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the summer months.

Guests access Whispering Palms by entering the garage and taking the interior stairs to the first floor. On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, living room, master suite, half bathroom, laundry room and stairs to the second floor. You can access the screened porch from the dining area. On the second floor, you'll find the second master suite, the bunk bedroom, the guest bedroom and the Jack & Jill bathroom. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the Seabrook Island gate.
Beach Access. You can drive to the Beach Club (amenity card required) and park across the road where you can use the Beach Club pool, enjoy the cafe or use beach access points 7 or 8.
