Your own lush tropical oasis awaits at 180 High Hammock Villa. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the perfect intersection of privacy and proximity, relaxation and sophistication. Less than half a mile to the private beaches of Seabrook Island, this property is close to acclaimed Seabrook Island beach club with two oceanfront pools, golf, and Seabrook Island club dining. Kiawah Island, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, and the Angel Oak Tree are all nearby. Downtown Charleston is a scenic and short 21-mile drive. Whether you seek museums, gardens, historical homes, recreational sports, boat tours, ghost tours, fine dining, farmers markets, wineries, or shopping, there is so much to see and do.

Close to the Seabrook Island Club and Pelican Beach, this property is both centrally located and private. With vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and views of the canopies of oaks over the fairway, the living room is a restful spot to relax. A private patio overlooks the fairway. Open to the living area is a dining table and remodeled bright kitchen featuring subway tile, quartz countertops, new appliances, and an entire wall of cabinets and drawers for incredible storage and space.

Guests enter into a single-story, step-free villa. After a sun-kissed day, the living room is a great place to gather, relax, and unwind. The living area offers guests ample seating, a large streaming and cable TV, and access to the covered patio. The living room sofa is a sleeper sofa, offering guests an added sleeping space for two guests. Off the living area, a dining area offers a great place to gather for meals or game night (some board games provided). The fully-remodeled, sleek open kitchen features breakfast bar seating and a well-stocked kitchen. A Keurig and standard coffee maker are both provided for the convenience of our guests.

Off the living area is an updated, tropical full bath with shower and vanity. As always, Sandpiper provides all of their properties with an assortment of plush towels and linens for all beds.

The Master bedroom features a tranquil sleeping space with large, plush king bed, small closet area, TV, and ample lighting. An updated, modern ensuite bath with oversized vanity, shower, and towel rack is off the bedroom.

The guest bedroom features two twin bedrooms, TV, dresser, and access to the patio overlooking the greenery. The washer, dryer in the unit comes with a few laundry pods to start your stay, For the convenience of our guests, we also provide a few starter items: a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, a liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, some kitchen garbage bags, a few dishwasher pods, a few laundry pods, body soap, bath soap, and shampoo.

WIFI included.

For added comfort and peace of mind, the villa undergoes a comprehensive, detailed cleaning process maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards for your stay. Floors are well scrubbed, surfaces are sanitized, fresh towels and linens are provided, and bedcoverings are laundered off-site prior to every stay. Essential cleaning items, such as all-purpose cleaners, a broom, and vacuum are provided for guests too.

This property is dog-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be declared/paid prior to your stay.

Amenity access digital cards included. A $50 savings per day. Forms must be completed prior to arrival.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups.)

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions

CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

Great space and location

We meet our family in Seabrook each year for a family vacation. Sometimes, staying in the same space is overwhelming, so we booked our own space. We could've shown up with just our swimsuits and wouldve been perfectly fine. Towels, coffee and beach chairs were there for us to use. It was such a cozy oasis after a long day. I will not hesitate to book this again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous condo. The owners provided everything and more from the fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and beach accessories. The decorations really set the mood for a relaxing stay. The proximatey to the beach club and beach are perfect for a nice bicycle ride over. Loved it, we will be back!

Short but sweet

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at this sweet condo in Seabrook. The property manager was very kind and helpful and check in was a breeze. The condo was tastefully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. Although a little dark due to its location under large trees, there was enough light switches to lighten the mood.At booking I wasn't aware that Seabrook is separate to Kiawah and is a very exclusive community. It required an card to access most of the amenities. This area is predominantly for retirement age folks so it did not cater for children and teens as it focuses on keeping the locals happy. If you want exclusive and quiet this place is it. If you prefer more options resort style, book somewhere within the Kiawah area instead.We loved our horse back beach ride a definite must!

Great Late Summer Getaway

Spending the week here was a great way to end the summer. Lots of outdoor exploration with relaxation on the beach and at the pool. We echo all of the compliments of the prior guests- great communication with owners and clean, spacious, lovely property, well stocked with anything you need so you don’t have to immediately make a grocery run. Thanks Amy and Oliver for a lovely time.

A Vacation within a vacation!

We had so much fun stepping into an ACTUAL vacation home! The unit is decorated SO nicely and the bed were very comfortable. We felt very posh and very at home. ;) The hosts are warm and welcoming and we loved their personal touches. Our advice: get that amenity pass early and USE it! Wow, did it make our beach trip feel like a resort/beach trip! Would definitely book again when we head to Seabrook next!

The condo was in a beautiful scenic location. Everything we could need was in the condo down to even dog bowls for our dog. The owners of the property checked in to make sure everything was fine and answered a quick question I had very promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Seabrook Village is a wonderful, friendly community with plenty to keep you busy. Surrounding areas of Edisto and Charleston have so much to offer. Unit is immaculate, well stocked, and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our few days.

Luxurious Beach Island Getaway

Beautifully decorated villa that provides all the luxuries and necessities of home. You won't want to leave this beautiful hideaway. You will be greeted with a welcome goodie basket and information about the island. The managers are very friendly and will help ensure you have a wonderful stay. Enjoy the amenities of the Beach Club- the pool, restaurant, and beach chairs. Walk to the beach and enjoy the solitude without the crowds. A must stay!

This condo was everything we needed, it was a perfect spot and decorated to perfection. It was clean and had everything that we could’ve needed. I’ve been visiting the Seabrook area for over 20 years and this is the nicest villa I've been to, ever. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor, the comfortable well appointed beds, the luxurious towels, and the robes made our stay amazing. The owners thought of everything and were very attentive. The villa was spotless and the TVs were large and up to date. Had a fabulous time and would definitely stay again.
