The location was beautiful, the accommodations were spotless, and everything was even better than expected. "This was located in a very neighborhood friendly area. We stayed in the off season so we don’t get to the beach but it is very close within walking distance. We didn’t do any cooling but did notice kitchen was equipped to do so. The home was exactly as described. Bedrooms were extremely comfortable. It did rain a night and the hosts had some games available that helped us pass the time. We needed for nothing and the check in experience could not have gone any smoother. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for your hospitality. "

"Clean and beautiful house!! Right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to cute towns like Exeter and Portsmouth. House was very quiet and comfortable. Our family had an amazing time staying here and spending time together. We got to see horses on the beach too! All around fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again, so much to do right in town and all walkable too. The host was very attentive and made check in and check out a breeze! 5 stars!"
