"Great resort vibes with s nice pool. There was a nice nature trail around the lake with a cute little alligator who came out to sun tan every day. We loved watching him and the turtles. The location is great, close to everything! We loved our room which had a full kitchen we used to make some meals."

"Front desk was very welcoming and gracious to a service animal. We saw several dogs, so must also be pet friendly. Great location for Sea World and Aquatica. Property parking is $15.00. Convenience store within walking distance, as well as several restaurants."

"Rooms were clean and in a great location if traveling to any of the local Disney parks, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove etc. (there is no transportation provided despite online stating so). The pools were perfect for kids with shallow areas as well as kid friendly amenities. The property is large but easily walkable. They do try to push a timeshare quite a bit. Would definitely stay again! "

"Absolutely stunning experience at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty with their warm welcome and impeccable service. The property is beautifully landscaped, creating a serene oasis that feels a world away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando tourism.
