「Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Very very good service. Nice hotel, nice rooms and wonderful garden area. We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. 「Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute. Very classy customer service for a lovely hotel! Yvonne & Henri Bensimon/」

「In my initial room multiple things didnt work. staff were responsive but it was taking awhile to get it fixed with doubts about whether everything could be repaired. My only criticism is that when I asked if I should just take a different room it took awhile (but prob'ly shorter) to say yes. Other than that the place was great!」
