The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a sunny balcony overlooking the Lischana. Shopping is possible at the nearby Denner or in the bakeries and many local shops on Stradun.
The ski bus stop is located directly in front of the house, and you can comfortably reach the train station and the valley station in about 10 minutes by bus. Using the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 200 m away.
Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Take a cozy walk through the old town district, relax in the bath and sauna landscape, or go on one of the countless hikes in the Swiss National Park and enjoy the family ski area Motta Naluns in winter, which can be reached by ski bus in just 10 minutes.
