    - The homeowner lives on-site in the main house and may be present during your stay
    - For safety reasons, overnight or unattended boat docking is not allowed. The dock sits on the main river channel, where large wakes and storms can create unsafe conditions
    - Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Cameras 1, 2, 3, and 4 are on the sides of the parking area facing the parking spaces, camera 5 is on the main house facing the driveway and yard, and camera 6 is at the boat house facing the dock walkway. They do not look into any interior spaces. Camera 6 records video and sound when activated by motion, and the remaining cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence

Beautiful views and awesome host

The host family was super friendly and the property was beautiful. Would be great for two couples and or family. We had an unforgettable time and will be booking again later this year

My family enjoyed the place so much they didn’t want to leave . Will definitely be going back. Homeowners were friendly as well.

Great location and set up. Deep water at the dock. It is a little rough, but if you know how to tie off a boat, you will be fine. The property owner is on site which bothered my wife but he wound up being very friendly and unobtrusive.

Nice quiet neighborhood Owners were nice & adjacent to property Easy check in & Great views of the Lake Very clean …lots of towels & extra pillows & blankets & motion lights at stairs & bathrooms But no lighting over stove for cooking and exaust fan was not working….we opened up windows & turn fans on while cooking …we reported it to the owner he’s getting it fixed this week!Beds not comfortable so just be aware We had two bass boats which created a challenge to get them in driveway but launching them at boat launch was a breeze Caught Lots Of Fish !! Good deep water!!

What a wonderful place!

First, the pictures do not do this home justice. It is so beautiful and in a beautiful setting. The home is spacious with all the amenities a family needs for a wonderful getaway. Such a cozy feel. Enjoy the big windows overlooking the lake. The shower and bath in the master bathroom was our favorite! Everything was clean and we had anything we could have possibly needed for an enjoyable weekend. The front door is a little tricky to get into so that might need to be worked on but aside from that everything is just so perfect. Thank you for a wonderful home for the weekend. We really enjoyed it.

Better than Expected

Place and view were beautiful. The pictures dont do it any justice. It was cold but was still able to fish. Hard to throw from the dock because the poles are close together and a 7ft ceiling but doable. Killed half a day in Guntersville just walking through all the shops. Was a good time. The mattresses were hard as a rock would be my only complaint but everything else was fantastic. Owners are right next door but they just said hello and was about it. Would stay again

Comfy Lake Stay with Captivating Views

Lovely guest cottage comfortably sleeps two couples and includes a pull out couch. Well appointed full kitchen plus kitchenette downstairs with wine fridge, full fridge, and ice maker. Luxury bathrooms with walk in showers and great water pressure. Comfortable beds with soft linens. Comfy furniture for lounging. But by far the best part of this house are the views of the lake, whether from the upstairs screened in porch, the downstairs picture frame windows, or the roof deck of the boathouse. From sunrise to sunset, looking out at the lake provides the serenity you are looking for. Guest should know that the main seating area outside faces the owner's residence, who may be present. In addition, while the bedroom windows that face the owner's house have blinds, the windows in the common areas do not. The owners were present at check in and were very welcoming and hospitable. Would have liked a toaster 😀

Beautiful home

This lake house is so beautiful! Check in and out was seamless! The owner was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this property and we will stay here next time we find ourselves in Scottsboro!
