The second rooms were filthy and I spent over an hour to clean and make them livable when I shouldn’t have to. The property also authorized two charges on my card before check in and when I asked why they tried to falsify terms and conditions stating that this is part of their policy since they are “overbooked.” Management is no help. You have to reach out to them for days to even get a response. All staff besides the cleaning staff are virtual. Horrible property, horrible customer service and overall horrible experience. "
