スコットランドのアパートスタイルホテル

「The overall atmosphere of the hotel was charming, and I really liked the historic, old-fashioned character of the property. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing in a few important ways. The breakfast was awful — it genuinely felt like food that had been prepared a long time ago and kept refrigerated rather than served fresh. The bed also did not feel clean or comfortable enough for me to sleep in as it was. Thankfully, I had brought extra sheets with me, otherwise I honestly would...

「Amenities needs to be upgraded.」

「Room smelled like an ash tray.」

「Easy check in, clean」

「The service at check in in the afternoon was rude and abrupt, but we found the morning staff people to be much friendlier. The breakfast nook staff person was especially helpful and friendly. The room was dark (even with all of the lights turned on. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a strong musty odor. 」

「This place was more than we expected. We got more than we needed for our stay and cheaper than the price we were quoted at Holiday Inn Express」

「Very quiet. A little too cool. I could not find the thermostat.」
