On the ground floor there is a first sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower.

The area of Punta Corvo, where an old lighthouse now abandoned, is characterized by rugged cliffs and small coves covered with palmettos.
