  • The villa is located 600m from the center of Sampieri, surrounded by a countryside rich in Mediterranean plants and with sudden glimpses of the sea. The beach is 250 m and it is within walking distance.
    The house has two bedrooms, a living, a kitchen and one bathroom.Around the house a large veranda and a litte garden.
    Sampieri is close to the famous Baroque sites declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site: Scicli 8 km, Modica 15 km ,Ragusa Ibla 30 km,Noto 40 km.
    From Pozzallo is possible to reach Malta by catamaran in a few hours.
    Sampieri has another beach, characterized by the "Fornace Pisciotto", set of the TV drama "Il Commissario Montalbano".
    The coast sciclitana has other beaches free or equipped chalet where young people can listen to music and eat fast food.
