Location of the property: Your accommodation is located in the idyllic village of Schwarz with its 500 inhabitants. The Schwarzer See lake with its very good water quality, about 300 metres from your accommodation, has a beautiful sunbathing lawn. The gently sloping sandy beach is very suitable for children and non-swimmers. Experience the wooded and water-rich landscape of our region on numerous cycling and hiking trails. The village has restaurants, a pizzeria, country shops, a post office, doctor, boat hire and a steamer landing stage.
Rooms and furnishings: Your holiday flat in charming surroundings offers space for up to 6 people. The large, bright and comfortable flat plus a 30m² terrace was built in 2008. It is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, a large living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The holiday flat is about 40m from the road and there is a trampoline for the children in the courtyard.
Outdoor area: From the living room you have direct access to the large terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing, relaxing or just reading a book. It is equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue. There is a carport parking space available. Further car parking spaces are available. Special features: The flat is available with a cot and high chair. Electricity, water and bed linen are included.
