"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. "The building and exterior of the property are beautiful. Like a countryside serenity. I loved eating outside at the restaurant everyday. The restaurant staff were amazing and cooked great food, very accommodating to my vegan diet. I came here for a wedding nearby, otherwise there would’ve been nothing to do in the remote area. My only complaint was about the room- they were very dated and did not come with a coffee machine, no fan, no AC. Dated not in a nice antique way, they just looked like...
