Our family had a fantastic stay at the Beautiful Holiday Home in Scherpenisse! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated all six of us, We especially loved the lovely garden where we spent our evenings enjoying snacks and drinks, The short walk to the beach was perfect for our lazy afternoons, Plus, we found some great local dining options nearby — the Restaurant Smaek was a standout! Can't wait to come back!

Obwohl dieser Schaden bereits am ersten Tag des Aufenthalts gemeldet wurde, hat sich im ganzen Urlaub niemand gemeldet um diesen zu beheben. - Das Haus war zu Beginn nicht ordentlich gereinigt. - Im Backofen fanden sich noch die Fettreste von den Vormietern.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på det vackra semesterhemmet i Scherpenisse! Huset var rymligt, rent och hade en underbar trädgård där vi tillbringade många kvällar och njöt av den friska luften, Den korta promenaden till stranden var en verklig höjdpunkt för vår familj, Vi utforskade också den närliggande Oosterschelde National Park, som var fantastisk, Rekommenderas starkt för familjer!

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Ein tolles Haus mit ausreichend Platz, inmitten von Natur. Kurzer Weg zum Wasser. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer den Trubel größerer Städte und viele touristische Angebote sucht, sollte sich eine andere Gegend suchen. Die Sauberkeit war bei unserem Besuch leider nicht so toll. Die Fenster waren sehr dreckig, die Möbel im Außenbereich wurden evtl. seit der letzten Saison nicht mehr genutzt und waren entsprechend verschmutzt. Auch den Wäschetrockner haben wir verschmutzt neben dem Haus gefunden. Der Staubsauger war nicht besonders funktional, was man den Böden leider auch anmerkt. Der Kontakt mit der Mitarbeiterin war etwas holprig, mit der Managerin hingegen sehr gut und ein technisches Problem wurde schnell behoben. Der Park wächst noch, wovon wir nicht gestört wurden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Wäscheständer, Toaster haben gefehlt. Besteck war zu wenig da. Keine Beschreibung für Fernseher. Feld 3-4 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Abends Spritze der Bauer Gift. Das ganze Haus roch danach wir hatten starke Atemprobleme. Lüften brachte auch nichts. Wir haben den Urlaub 2 Tage vorher abbrechen müssen.

Die Hütte war in Ordnung und der Ort auch. Also ein paar wunderschöne Tage genossen. Der Support von Belvilla war leider schlecht. Bei der Ankunft war das Haus nicht sauber. Schmutzige Toilette (Kotspritzer auf Sitz und Deckel), schmutzige Toilettentische, Kreise und Krümel auf Tischen und Stühlen. Bei Belvilla angerufen, sehr schwierig, eventuell jemand an der Leitung, der eine SOS-Meldung abstellen würde? Nie wieder etwas gehört. Also einfach selbst reinigen. Kein guter Start in ein paar Tage Urlaub. Die schöne Lage und das schöne Wetter führen letztendlich zu einer guten Bewertung.

Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass so zimlech nichts geklappt hat. Die Heizung funktionnierte nicht (16Grad). Man sagte uns, sie würden jemanden vorbeischicken, aber das ist leider nie passiert. Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt und somit bildete sich Schimmel (holzene Kochutensilien) nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Sauberkeit liess auch zu wünschen übrig. Nach vielen Telefonaten blieb leider einen Tag lang, das Ereichen des Eigentümers ohne Erfolg. Angekommen sind wir am Freitag und somit haben wir am Sonntag (an Weihnachten) beschlossen wieder abzureisen, da wir Weihnachten nicht kalt verbringen wollten. Auch am Sonntag war es nicht so einfach jemanden zu erreichen. Für 2 Übernachtungen haben wir fast die Hälfte des gesamten Aufenthalts bezahlen müssen....
