"A very good hotel and restaurant. Big room, clean, with good beds. Excellent dinner at their restaurant with good and nice service. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of things to enjoy (especially the Nutella machine that gave me exact the amount of Nutella I wanted!). Located in a small peaceful village. This day we got a free opera concert at the park by the river. The hotel and its restaurant give a lot of value for the money. I recommend is strongly and I will return. "

"Das Zimmer wird derzeit renoviert, kein Problem für mich da das Bad aus den 80ern ist und die Risse in den Wänden gemacht werden müssen. Was ich nicht ok fand ist die Temperatur, im Zimmer waren gefühlte 35 Grad. Da kann man einfach mal einen Ventilator hinstellen, macht ja keine Mühen. Der wird in den nächsten Jahren wieder gebraucht… in anderen Hotels geht es auch. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht günstig, ich bin der Meinung das kann man erwarten. "I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very kind and accommodating. I stayed in the single economy room which was perfect for one solo traveler. Nice castle! Good location if you are exploring Franconia on bike or foot as there are trails throughout the countryside that go through various towns. Nice breakfast here that is free with coffee too!"

"The staff was great at this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic! Eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit and yogurt and meats and cheese and various cereals. There is a coffee machine with great selection. Free parking and free breakfast...great grocery stores next door. 30 mins from Nuremberg Rock Im Park and the Imperial Castle. The location was great and there is even a fridge in the room. Would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"There’s no contact with any staff, the rooms are cleaned only when you leave. We didn’t have breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace you can sit out on with a honesty bar. The village is beautiful and the hotel is in a very old building but be aware that the stairs are steep and quite narrow & there is no lift so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - not sure if there were any ground floor rooms"

"Wonderful, amazing stay. Property is absolutely beautiful and was super well taken care of. We arrived late at night and got some pizzas at the conveniently located Bar. Traveling with a family of 5. Spa facility was amazing, kids had a great time at the pool and the saunas were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. One of the staff members promptly brought me a baby chair, and another brought us a pillow once he noticed the chair was too big for our baby. Would definitely recommend and stay again. If anything, the hair dryer quality is not compatible with the luxurious facility, but that’s all. Loved it."
