    Situated on a beautiful plot with mature trees, this holiday home is just a few kilometres from the sea. The house offers plenty of space for two families. The heart of the house is the beautiful living area, which is furnished with great attention to detail and where you can spend relaxing evenings on the sofa. The long dining table seats all guests at mealtimes. Entertainment is provided with toys, Smart TV and table football. You are sure to sleep well in the individually furnished bedrooms!



    If you like an atmospheric house from the 1930s with authentic elements, then this is the place for you.



    When the weather is nice, you can spend your holiday in the garden of the house and enjoy the fresh sea air. Here you will find a barbecue and garden furniture.

Quite disappointed

Large property - could be beautiful. The listing clearly stated that linens were provided on VRBO. BUT - when going to check in we discovered that they were not. We had just checked out of another property so I have to drive 90 minutes to pay Eur105 for linens from the linen supply company. I have the receipt! The house is spacious - but not very clean at all. The kitchen still had empty cans on the counter top and peanut husks on the floor in the main room (I have pics). It was as if the previous renters had just moved out and the cleaners did not have time, or did not care. The house smelled strongly of fried food for a day after moving in. One bedroom has an issue with spiders.

Die Kinder von nebenan haben Steine und Stöcke über den Zaun geworfen, haben uns daraufhin beschwert und danach ging es.Manche Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert.Der Backofen war kaputt, haben aber schnell einen Ersatz bekommen.Wir mussten schon um 20 Uhr abends die Musik leiser machen und diese war nicht laut.

Das Haus an sich war genau wie beschrieben und passend für unsere große Familie. Allerdings war von Anfang an der Backofen kaputt und ließ sich nicht in Gang bringen. Unsere mehrfachen Versuche, den Vermieter bzw. Novasol telefonisch zu erreichen, sind alle gescheitert, da niemand erreichbar war. Dadurch sind uns erhebliche Zusatzkosten für die Versorgung entstanden.

Mooi, ruim, goed uitgerust huis met grote tuin en overkapping.

Großes, schönes Haus, man muss zwar mit dem Auto ausscheren, was aber nicht schlimm war. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, grade in den Ecken und Schränken, unter den Betten. Die Bewohner die vor uns den Grill benutzt hatten haben leider nichts sauber gemacht. Auch das Geschirr von den Vorbesitzern wurde dreckig einfach in den Schrank gestellt, vom Ofen brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Auch die Grundausstattung (paar Spülmaschinen Tabs z.B.) hatte gefehlt. Fussläufig gibt es leider wenig Möglichkeiten.. sonst war alles super :-) Verreist mit 2 Familien vom 22.10.- 28.10.23

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend, das Haus sehr großzügig und gut gelegen. Die Terrasse ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, stellt eine hohe Verletzungsgefahr durch den Belag dar. Scheint allerdings schon länger so zu sein. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub.

Großes Haus mit schönem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus bietet mit 6 Schlafzimmern jede Menge Platz auch für Gruppen, Küche / Kühlschränke sind ebenfalls sehr gut für Gruppen geeignet. Das WLan reicht in allen Hausecken aus, keine deutschen Programme auf dem Fernseher. Die Lage in einem kleinen Weiler in der Nähe von Scharendijke ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Grevelingenmeer, in 20 Minuten an den Stränden von Renesse. Für uns als Reisegruppe passte das Haus sehr gut, lediglich die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft lies doch sehr zu wünschen übrig (Küche, unter den Betten…).

Sehr geräumiges, wohneliges Haus

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt hier sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr sauber und wir waren echt überrascht, wie groß das Haus tatsächlich ist. Im Vergleich zu Ferienhäusern in den Parks in der Gegend, hat dieses hier echten Zuhause-Charme. Die Einrichtung wirkt individuell und man hat viel Platz sich auszubreiten, so dass auch ein längerer Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir auch den Raum mit dem Kickertisch. Vielen Dank auch für den netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt zu den Hauseigentümern/-verwaltern. Wir können das Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Huis is een goede uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten. Huis heeft wel enkele verbeter punten. Vervelend dat je via een slaapkamer naar de badkamer moet. Eettafel is te klein voor 10 personen. Enkele deuren piepen hinderlijk. Slaapkamer op 1e verdieping is erg krap. Ook op 1e verdieping geen mogelijkheden om kleding op te hangen of in kast neer te leggen. Prima gegeten in Eethuis Scharendijke.
