「家族経営なので良くも悪くもざっくばらん。寝室にWi-Fiが届かなかったのが残念。冷蔵庫も大きく家族で使うにはコスパも良くとても満足。」

「一週間滞在しました．キッチンとランドリーがあることが決め手で選びましたが、排水管のトラブルとのことで、滞在中一度もランドリーが使えませんでした．しかも、工事の道具などが部屋の中に置きっぱなしでした．部屋は広くて快適でした． We stayed this room for a week. We couldn’t use a laundry because of a drain trouble. We choose this room because it had a kitchen and a laundry though. That was very inconvenient. 」

「Very lovely people. Nice clean large accommodation with sleeping areas that are well separated. Comfortable beds and very nice amenities with washing machine. Everything you need and a fantastic location to boot. Terrific value」

「全体的にとても良いアパートホテルでした。スタッフはとても明るくて親切。お部屋も十分に広くて清潔で、キッチンなどの設備も問題なし。バスタブにジャグジーが付いているのが最高です！駅からは15分ほど歩きますが、ドゥオモからすぐの場所にあるので観光もしやすかったです。コスパも良いので、またフィレンツェに行く機会があればここに泊まりたいです。」

「We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city.」

「Nice property, and really excellent support from the local contact. She gave great personal service when my wife’s flights were extremely delayed and she arrived very late. She also helped arrange local transport to the airport and facilitated paperwork smoothly. The apartment does need some minor maintenance, as the sink faucets and toilet seat were loose. And one of the door locks is tough to work . Other than those little quirks, excellent place. Highly recommended.」

「This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. It didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.」

「Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen, typischen florentinischen Altbau, der sehr hübsch renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend aber nicht überragend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Für mich hätte das Bett etwas besser sein können, aber es war in Ordnung. WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage fand ich optimal. Zu Fuß ließen sich bequem alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und die kleinen Supermärkte in der Nähe waren...

「Goed gelegen voor kort verblijf in Firenze. 15min van station, 15 min van centrum. Alles kan te voet gedaan worden. Accomodatie zelf rook niet fris. Toilet tussen lavabo en douche gepropt waardoor het zeker niet comfortabel zitten is. Rustig gelegen. Steile trap om naar boven te gaan.」

「Little hiccups doing the self check-in as the app use to open the door failed, but Dario was able to fixed it. The area is busy w/ locals. There’s grocery & good restaurant in the area. The room is spacious & clean. The best part is the location at almost everything you want to go is within walking distance.」

「A great suite. Reception can help with taxis to and from the local train station. Fast trains to Firenze / Florence. Restaurant only open for breakfast during the low season, so dinner is a bit of a mission: Reception helped with ordering pizza 🍕」

「We were a bit surprised that the apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevator). Quietly situated and spacious, the terrace is small but nice! No dishwasher, locks on the bathrooms doesn’t work. Airco works very well, beds are comfy and WiFi is ok. At walking distance from a supermarket, and very good restaurants! 」

「I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. Buy paper towels/napkins to have on hand because there were none there. The interior bedroom has a beautiful stained glass...

「Apartment is beautiful, new, and well-equipped. Around the corner from the Accademia and within easy walking distance to all major attractions and to plenty of restaurants and bars. But not perfect, We were told it was on the first floor, but it is up a long staircase. The two largest bedrooms are in the front of the apartment and the street is noisy. Across from the apartment are garbage receptacles so you might hear people making deposits, particularly cans and bottles. Neither of these are...
