「UOWに通う娘に、日本から荷物を届け、大学生活の様子を見るためにウーロンゴンに行きました。 料理と洗濯をしたかったのと、費用面からこちらのアパートメントホテルを選びました。 部屋は1人には広く、とても静かで良かったです。娘が居たのでフロントでの質問を自分でする事はありませんでしたが、調理器具や洗濯機の使い方などで色々と助けていただきました。 わずか2泊でしたが、娘のリクエストの料理を作り、洗濯もしてあげられて、日本から訪ねて行った意味があったと考える事ができました。 またウーロンゴンを訪れる時にはぜひ利用させていただきたいです。」

「連泊しました。部屋の清掃はあまりよくありません。レセプションはなく、電話で係員を呼び出してチェックインします。帰りはキードロップに鍵を入れて帰るだけ。最低限の宿泊機能だけです。荷物を預けることもできません。場所は近くにスーパーが3軒もあり、ビーチも比較的近く、良いと思います。」

「I am a Japanese but stayed in Wollongong several times. The room is neat and tidy. I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much. The bistro together with the pub is cozy. Although this is not in the center of Wollongong, still conveniently located and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in...

「The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the meeting room we rented on the 4th floor was excessively cold, with no in-room temperature controls available. Although we requested an adjustment twice, and two different staff promised to send someone over, no action was taken during the three-hour meeting.」

「The all staffs are very nice and kind to me. I appreciate the housekeepers every day clean my room.」

「隣が大型ショッピングセンターで買い物・食事ともに楽だった。レンタカーは借りていましたが、それではお酒は飲めませんので。」

「こじんまりとした宿泊施設で、快適に過ごせました。大きなホテルよりこういうところのほうが味わいがあるので好きです。鉄道の駅から５分ほど歩いたとことにあるので移動が便利でした。」

「This is one of.the cleanest places we have stayed. Beautiful husband and wife run hotel. They couldn't do enough for us. They had thought of everything to put in the room. Seriously it was that clean you could eat off the floor. I ordered myself one of the lights with charger for my own home aswell. we will stay there everytime we travel that way. Thankyou.」
