「The staff were exceptional, all of them. Often theses days customer service is forgotten. My stay here reminded me what a difference it makes when the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful! Well done team. I could not fault anything about my stay, rooms were a good size, the hotel and connected pub well decorated, modern and clean. 「This was such a lovely place to stay. We had a room in the annex. We could hear other people come and go and talking in another room, but quiet other than that. The pub was very nice.」
