It boasts four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms, and a beautiful living and dining room. Outside, two loggias - one on the first floor and one on the second floor - for relaxation, and a large outside dining table under the deck. Enjoy the fantastic views, beautiful scenery and even a swimming pool (shared with other houses in the hamlet), just steps away from the house, overlooking the hills!
Scansano is the town of the famous Morellino wine, and is surrounded by beautiful medieval villages such as Montemerano and Pitigliano. Etruscan necropoles are also nearby and the sea is only 45 minutes away, including the beautiful resorts of Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Spiaggia dell’ Osa, and Marina di Alberese. Montalcino, Pienza and other beautiful historic towns are a short drive away. The Parco della Maremma, a fabulous natural reserve, is also about 40 minutes away.
