Wir dachten a. Gr. der Beschreibung von Holidu und dem Bestätigungsschreiben von Interchalet(Ihr Haus in der Toskana!! ) ein eigenes Haus zu mieten.  Das in dem Haus mehrere Apartments waren, konnte man erst nach mehrmaligen Lesen d. Beschreibung feststellen.  Es war hellhörig und  dementsprechend unruhig.  Wir hatten im Bad ein Geruchsproblem, was nach 6 Tagen gelöst werden konnte.  Unsere Ansprechpartnerin E. war fabelhaft und immer für uns da.  Landschaft Mega, Pool super

Apartment Ginestra

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber. Wir kommen schon zum zweiten Mal. Eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die toskanischen Hügel, sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht, alles recht zu machen. Den Wein und das Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion kann man zu einem sehr fairen Preis kaufen. Die Wohnung ist gut, wenn man Interesse an Natur und Landwirtschaft hat und Ruhe sucht. Der nächste Strand, etwa 20 km, liegt in einem wunderbaren Naturschutzgebiet Maremma. Auch sehr gut zum Wandern.

Gut zum Chillen

Sehr ruhig, aber gut zu erreichen! Pool sehr gepflegt und gut zum Schwimmen! Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank in der Schlafzimmer, ansonsten aber gut ausgestattet!

entspannte Ferien....

Wir (2Pers.) haben 2 wunderschöne, entspannte Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Besitzerfamilie ist äußerst freundlich und immer bemüht und engagiert bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen zu helfen! Ganz lieben Dank an Eleonora und ihren Vater!!! Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber!! Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas ergänzt werden (kein Micro, Toaster, Wasserkocher..), evtl. Sonnenrollos an den kleinen Klappfenstern... Ansonsten für Alle zu empfehlen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen...

Bellissimo!

sehr schön gelegen, ruhig (kommt natürlich auf die Mitmieter an ;-)), sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Vermieterin steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und gibt tolle Tipps, man ist ruckzuck in Grosseto und in ca. 30 min an diversen Stränden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen. Kommen gern wieder! Die Planung mit Interchalet war allerdings eine Katastrophe!!!!
