Nestled at the end of private road, our beautiful cottage sleeps 9 comfortably. Surrounded by mature trees on a 1/3 acre of land. Bring your family to enjoy warm days at the beach and evenings by the fire pit.

Central to everything Harbor County has to offer. We're situated just 1.5 mile from downtown Sawyer, a great place to visit local breweries, like Greenbush Brewery, the Sawyer Garden Center, antique shops, and great food.

Close to numerous wineries, microbreweries, distilleries, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, bakeries and more.

Less than 1 mile from Warren Dunes where you climb the sand dunes and relax or swim on the beautiful beaches. You'll love the location and the house.

Three full bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, plus sleeper sofa, and air mattress.
Indoor gas burning fireplace, screen porch, 8 person hot tub, enjoy meals with both gas and charcoal grills. Central heat and AC. Full size washer and dryer.

Come stay at our updated, beautiful, 1200 sf house. We have a large fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs!

Quiet cottage with spacious backyard

Our family of four and fur baby decided to book a last minute trip to the New Buffalo areas, and this place had everything we needed! The house was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook or even head to the beach. The outdoor area was nice and quiet for our family to relax and our little dog to run around and explore. We will definitely keep this place in mind for next time!

The location was great for everything we wanted to do- beach, dunes, breweries, wine bars and restaurants. The house and amenities were very nice. Loved the backyard and hot tub. Very pet friendly!

Great dog friendly spot

5 minutes from warren dune state park and 20 mins from Silver Beach at St Joes..so great location, very nice house with great amenities and lots of cool beach supplies to use while there!! And nice to have a pet friendly home that is truly pet friendly!! Would definitely stay again!!

A great centralized spot in SW MI. A couple minutes from Warren Dunes and centrally located between New Buffalo and St. Joe/Benton Harbor. House was clean, spacious and comforting!!

Doesn't disappoint

If you have a dog, this is the perfect house. Well maintained property with a fully fenced large well manicured yard. Location is close to enough things but also far enough away to feel secluded. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great stay! Enjoyed local restaurants, ordering in and dining out, made some excellent meals in the nice kitchen with farm-fresh foods. Easy walk to the beach to see sunsets, and made much use of Warren Dunes State Park. The dog was the most comfortable of all!

A nice, quiet stay

We had a great time! I enjoyed the property's wooded surroundings and the private backyard. It's just a stone's throw from Warren Dunes beach and hiking trails, which was also nice. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages.

The five of us enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful location. Easy access to beach, sand dunes, bike trails. The hot tub was perfect in the evening after a busy day. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and long morning walks. Highly recommend!

Great property in a quiet location!

We loved our stay in Sawyer! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the yard was a great getaway with all the amenities. We loved that this place is dog-friendly, and the owner was so kind and accommodating. The location is so close to Warren Dunes, a great coffee shop, and a lovely fruit stand. Highly recommend!

Sweet place to stay

The house was super clean, especially given the fact that dogs are allowed! My husband and I, our two young children, and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed the property! It was a super quick drive to the beach and the owners graciously provided beach toys to bring. It was the best supplied place I’ve ever stayed in- by far.

Great Weekend Away

We stayed here for a nice long weekend with some of our friends. Plenty of room for our group of 4 to chill on the porch or watch some TV when we weren't out exploring the array of breweries and wineries nearby. Everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute drive so the location was excellent! Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, fully stocked & good location property. Dogs enjoyed the private fenced in backyard. Plenty of linens & essentials for our stay. Conveniently located to the highway, close to the Warren Dunes state park. Short drive to New Buffalo & Three Oaks. Plenty of places to eat in surrounding towns. A fun trip to Sawyer

This is a great house! Our dogs loved the beautiful fenced in yard, and the humans loved the abundance of games, cookware, and beach supplies. It's an easy drive to the beach, the town, and the awesome farm stand. We brought our baby and found the house easy to childproof and there was a high chair we could use. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

Corey made check in easy and even let us come early. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We spent the days at the Warren Dunes and at night we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The house fit all of us perfectly. The screened in porch was an awesome addition! We definitely will be back!

We loved it so much we made it a tradition

This was our second stay at the Cove, we fell in love with the area along the Red Arrow Highway and this wonderful dog friendly house. It is a perfect getaway whether you are looking to relax and unwind or take on the beaches, the host (Corey) has thought of everything you need for a perfect stay and if you need to contact him he is very responsive. We love to travel with our dogs and a fenced in backyard makes our stay so much easier and this backyard is like having a secret garden all to yourself. We can’t wait to book for next year!

Great Family Weekend

The house was better than the description. There was plenty of room for the nine of us. We enjoyed cooking, playing games, and exploring the area. The dogs enjoyed exploring the backyard and taking walks to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Our family has been coming to Harbour Country for a family weekend each fall for the past few years and I would say this was the best place we stayed

Back Again!

This was our second year in a row at this private, secluded spot near Warren Dunes. Corey is very responsive and generous with check-in and -out times. The property is clean and has everything listed and then some. Bountiful touches and amenities add to the attraction of the rental. It's great for dogs......and people! I'm sure we'll be back for a third time if we return to this area.

Great space!

This is our second time staying here. The house is very comfortable and cute with a nice quiet backyard for our dogs. It was nice that it is fenced in for our pups. Great location, in the center of all the other little towns. Can go 10 miles in any direction to all the breweries, shops, and small towns. So close to the beach and we took a couple walks. The property manager was great! He was great at communicating and letting us know when we could check in. We lost power a few hours after we arrived due to some storms that day but he kept us informed about when the power would be back on. Great house to stay in!

The home is much nicer than the pictures display! Yes, it is a bit dated in areas but being able to bring the family dog makes it worth it. They truly have everything you need in the kitchen. We always bring foil, sandwich bags, etc. etc. and there was no need - many thanks to the owners. The dog treats, toys, and bowls for food/water were kind and much appreciated by the dog. Also, very close to the Dunes and beach if that’s what you’re planning while on your stay. Thanks again for allowing us to share your home - next time we’re in the area, we’ll look you up!

Well-quipped but not a great location

The owners thought of everything here. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities for cooking. The house is small but comfortable. I did not like the futons instead of beds, but we made it work. I did not like the location. You have to drive everywhere. I thought with kayaks and bikes that we would be able to walk/ride bikes. You have to transport the kayaks to use them. The dunes were wonderful, keeping in mind that parking is an additional $11.00 per day.
