「The house was a little basic and the only shower was a hand held over the bath. However, those were the only negatives. The pool was amazing and even though it was really hot weather, the house stayed relatively cool. Thank you to Yvan for his welcome」

「We hadden een supergoed verblijf in Sarlande.De ontvangst was heel hartelijk door Nadine en Jean-Pierre.Goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning (zwembad , jacuzzi en sauna). Rustige ligging. De woning blijft ook mooi koel bij warme temperaturen.Zwembad is overdekt, wat ook handig is voor de kinderen bij warme temperaturen.」

The apartment was fabulous, it had everything we needed for our stay and Jérôme and Christelle were truly lovely and friendly. 「The place is beautiful, nestled in a quiet area surrounded by forests, wheat fields and a small strawberry farm. It is a great pied-à-terre to visit the Dordogne region. Kids loved the pool, and adults enjoyed the nice outdoor patio to barbecue and relax.Franck is a lovely host. A really nice week!」

「Absolutely brilliant holiday, Dave and Debbie were wonderful host's and so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was amazing and their Gite was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We stayed for two weeks but wish we could have stayed for longer, there are lovely town's and village's with markets close by to visit. Five stars is not enough for such a wondedful holiday as we were made so welcome, seven stars would be our rating. We look forward to returning for our next holiday.」

「Nous avons séjourné aux Chênes Verts. Logement très propre, très fonctionnel et la vue est exceptionnelle. Le village est facilement accessible á pieds au travers de la campagne. La communication avec Jérôme et Christelle, les propriétaires, a été parfaite. c'est un couple très sympathique et bienveillant. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation dans ce petit coin de Dordogne.」

「Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Le gite est au calme, comme je le souhaitais. Il est très bien équipé pour ne manquer de rien et être en vacances aussi confortablement que chez soi. La chambre en mezzanine est plus sur le pallier car il fait y passer pour aller aux autres chambres, je pensais qu'elle serait la seule sur une mezzanine. Mais pour ma famille ce n'était pas un problème. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques. Ils partagent les produits du potager du gite avec les locataires...

「We had a fantastic relaxing stay during August. The gite is beautiful and very well equipped, even fans available for those hot nights. Hosts were very friendly and attentive to our requirements if asked. Overall i would highly recommend this gite.」

「Les hôtes sont très accueillants et bienveillants tout en étant discrets. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances le site est calme comme on aime tout en étant proche des sites à visiter (20 min de Lascaux) la piscine toujours d’une température agréable (et parfaitement entretenue) c’est la piscine qui nous a fait choisir le gîte et on la note 10/10 également! 「Magnifique demeure ancienne en pierre, decorée avec goût. Un grand escalier monumental historique ! Tout le nécessaire y est. Le fait de devoir sortir dans la rue pour accéder au jardin n’est pas idéal mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce. Un peu trop sur la rue à notre goût mais les nuisances sonores restent acceptables.」
