During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery. "A full month in an amazing place with an incredible view on the Atlantic. Delightful, generous hosts who were very helpful and accommodating. The Villa is spacious and offers all the amenities stated in the ad. Bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the Villa. Easy to travel to Vieux Fort and to the beach.The trade wind from the ocean makes the evenings very comfortable. A great location that I definitely recommend!"

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The Condo was spotless and well maintained. the bed and pillows were fantastic, we slept amazing. It was quiet and relaxing. Our Beautiful Hostess Greeted us upon arrival and made sure we got settled in and had everything we needed. she was easily accessible and helped with any arrangements we needed. We absolutely adore Kayla and have a newfound Friend! We are looking forward to seeing her again! And enjoy staying again. Absolutely can't say how happy we were with our service,"

"Love the stay here, house was very nice, needs some ac in the common areas but besides that it is beautiful! A lil rocky to get to the actual villa but I guess no one extra would be coming either lol bedrooms are nice and big with comfy beds. The host is amazing!! Right on call for everything you need even set us up with a chef whose food was wonderful!! "

"Oma is a great host, very communicative and helpful. From restaurant and shopping suggestions to aligning us with a great guide for a day on the water. The villa is well laid out with 4 almost identical masters and is very clean. The staff is polite and attentive, the greeting meal Virginia prepared was outstanding"
