Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely home with fenced back yard. Clean and airy! Very comfortable king size bed downstairs. Upstairs has a huge area with 2 big beds. Will certainly return!

Had a couple of glitches. Code to enter the property did not work. But we got access to a physical key and was only a small inconvenience. The property had 2 microwave ovens, both of which did not work. We left the property before the problem could be fixed.

The house itself was a nice house! However the cleanliness of the house was awful. I made them aware when we arrived. The house was even ready for early check in at 2PM. They kept saying they were contacting the local host & no one ever reached out. Asked if they could have someone come in & I declined due to already being settled. Still have yet to hear anything from anyone. All of the beds were nasty. I had to go buy sheets and rewash the comforters. The master does not have a mattress cover on it and the mattress is filthy (I always check beds where ever I go as soon as I arrive). I used the microwave later that night & it wouldn't open. So I reached out about that & they recommended I unplug the microwave & then try to open it . The backyard is nice if you are traveling with pets.

. We left the property very clean and never used the upstairs. We are very dissatisfied and feel some or all of the Amenities Fees should be refunded. The property was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The yard itself has not been attended to. Shrubs, plants, and the yard needs a lot of attention. The living space was very uncomfortable with only metal stools and one couch to sit on. We did not use the upstairs bedroom as the steps were very steep. The first evening we were there, the bedroom floor buckled up and sounded like a shotgun going off. The popping up of the floor continued through the morning. The shower has no safety railing and the tub does not drain properly. The toilet had poop skids in it when we arrived. There were two microwaves. The one above the stove didn’t work at all. The one on the counter worked, but it had to be unplugged and plugged back in to get the door open. We needed to re-wash glasses from the cupboard and silverware, as they were not clean. Lipstick on glasses and the silverware sticky. The dining room table was more like a laundry table that was rickety. Overall, the only thing that was good about this rental was the comfortable bed. The owner needs to put some time into improving this property. Reporting this to them, they said they would refund us 60 and we have yet to receive the refund.

This was a very clean property overall just a few little quirks. The grout in between the floor boards make the boards a little dusty, so we always wore our slippers inside. The bathroom was fine but there's a big step coming out of the tub that unless you are prepared for could be a little treacherous. The bedside lamps on the second floor did not work so that was kind of annoying when we were trying to get to bed with the lights out. The microwave above the stove did not work but there was another tiny one next to the fridge that we used. With all that said, this place was in a great little neighborhood location near Savannah State University, 20 minute walk to campus. The AC was super cold and revived us after our long days in the hot/humid weather.

Nice Getaway

We stayed here while we were down in Savannah to see our son for SCAD's Parent/Alumni Weekend. This was a nice little place in a decent location. It was easy access to downtown Savannah but off the beaten path a little, so it was very quiet.The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our visit.

This place was awesome! We really enjoyed the quaintness and friendly neighbors. It was super clean and worked out great for us. If I could. Change anything it would be the initial smell when we walked in, it was like a dead animal smell. It faded away, but every else was perfect. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the beds were comfy. A different set up would have been nice since we like to play cards and the table was a little tricky for that but we felt with it. Having a real meal there would have been tricky with the dining table. Would have to do buffet style. Location was great.

Great little house for traveling with a dog

Comfy Place

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is super cute! The beds are comfy, the pillows inspired me to order new ones for at home. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. Loved that they have a washer and dryer. Location - I felt was great. You are not right next to the hustle and bustle, you are in a small neighborhood, everything is close. Grocery store is not far away. DT Savannah wasn't more then 10 minutes (depending on traffic, which wasn't bad) The landscaping could use some updating and I would recommend, put an outdoor light in the yard and not just the porch. When the porch light is on, you cannot see the backyard at night. So its hard to keep an eye on your pet. I might also recommend a motion light by the front door so when you come home at night, you have a light. Most of the time, you leave during the day and never even think to turn the outside light on. Overall this place was great and we would stay here again!

Arrived at 4pm and nothing had been cleaned and broken tiles in kitchen as contractor was working on floor and had no idea place had been rented. Called Vasca and poor customer service. Was told I had two options leave for full refund or stay get a $200 credit and Mandy would send cleaning crew. Mandy sent me list of pet friendly hotels and they all required 72 hr notice. We were absolutely stuck after long drive from NH. Lady contractor came at 7pm to clean. Got into house around 8:45pm. Rug filthy, no starter coffee, foil, not one dish to cook in oven, no dish towels, NO dressers in bedroom for clothes so lived out of suitcases. Will never stay at a property that’s managed by Vacasa. Poor customer service. Back porch filthy and torn screens. We also had black water coming out of faucets. Wow they gave me $316 credit. I have used VRBO for years and never an issue. Ruined our vacation. No welcome brochure in house. Paula from NH

Beautiful/Cozy Home

Great getaway home just 15 minutes outside downtown Savannah and only 20 min drive to Tybee. Great location overall, private backyard was great for our little puppy. Wi-Fi worked great and always a bonus to be pet friendly. A few minor inconveniences (no can opener, no TV in the bedroom, and no fan in the bedroom) but the owners appear to be very open to feedback and reviews as they have read reviews regarding having different types of coffeemakers which have been provided. Overall highly recommend as a family getaway home to Savannah.

Perfect place!

Super clean and convenient to downtown and Tybee island. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Tubby’s tank house. The bed was extremely comfortable! . It was a perfect place and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Savannah!

Property as promised

The property is exactly as described. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, except there is no cork screw available. The location is great. 15 minute drive to downtown Savannah and 20 minute drive to Tybee island. Fenced in yard good if traveling with a dog. We had a great time in Savannah !

Pleasant stay, but could be cozier

While we enjoyed our stay, we found the bright overhead LED lighting in the living area created a cold feeling. Some table/floor lamps with softer lighting and another side chair or two would help. Clean home and generally well equipped.
