Entire home. Front entry has its own private driveway with path to front door and patio space.

Immediately greeted by the living room, kitchen w/ island and additional barstools and formal dining table all for an open concept feel perfect for entertaining. Murphy bookshelf you can leave opened or closed for convenience and contains local brochures, maps and magazines for your enjoyment.
Living room couch pulls out to a bed with additional sheets/pillows in the casing side and blue accent chair also pulls out to a sleeper.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find an Insta worthy accent wall with neon sign greeting you to Savannah.

Hallway to the left has a Nest Thermostat, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. all w/ suede hangers, suit case stand, and ceiling fans to cool down from the summer heat.

To the right you have a bonus room that can turn into a 4th bedroom. Has a workout station, game space, office station, futon that has memory foam padding to turn into a bed and lounge/reading space that has a green accent chair that pulls out into a sleeper.

Spacious laundry room with additional amenities: grill topper for firepit, grill set, volleyball, football, umbrellas (when it rains it pours), hair dryer, ironing board, etc. 2nd full bathroom has the walk in full tile shower.

Backyard has the insta worthy faux greenery backdrop with lounge chairs patio umbrella, additional picnic table w/ solar powered umbrella, solar powered lights around the palm tree, pathway to fire pit with 6 additional chairs & hanging lights around, outdoor play space w/ padding, putting green, corn hole, and doggy bags for convenience.
