A budget hotel (an "industrial park" area, not a downtown or touristy area), safe and clean, easy parking, Cambodian owner and staff are super attentive and friendly. There are have indoor games and activities to keep you entertained and a river and forest behind the hotel for a small walk. But above all the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. "The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. "It’s more a motel type accommodation than a hotel. Staff is very friendly, parking is free and good breakfast. However, rooms do smell of mold as there is now natural ventilation and they are more or less all ground floor. It is close to airport and does offer shuttle. "
